Over the years I have managed or led research projects for a number of Fortune 500 and other large companies spanning finance, healthcare, electronics, education, and industrial markets. Recent clients include Air Products, Ansell, Berlitz, BP, Dow Chemical, Henkel, International Paper, MasterCard, NBC Universal, PPG, Samsung, Southwest Airlines, and Stanley Black & Decker.
I have written white papers on marketing and market research, been a guest speaker for the Canadian Marketing Research & Intelligence Association, and created enhanced analytics including the Net Value Score.
Prior to joining B2B I worked in the media conducting research for television documentaries.
