I am a founding director of B2B International. I am an experienced company director who has been part of the B2B team from the outset. We are now one of the largest B2B specialist intelligence agencies.
I am an experienced moderator and consultant with experience across a wide range of B2B markets and geographies. My early years were spent in health and education and so I have a deep understanding of the issues impacting these markets. I have a strong academic grounding having previously been a senior lecturer and research fellow at Salford University.
I am passionate about customer strategy including customer experience management, segmentation and loyalty programmes. My consultancy skills include stakeholder consultation, ideation, workshop facilitation, training and strategy development.
I am co-author of Market Research In Practice (Kogan Page) – 1st and 2nd edition (2013). I am the author of many white papers on business to business marketing.
